If you are experiencing problems accessing an e-book please let us know.

Provide details such as:

  • title
  • platform ISBN
  • browser you are using
  • screenshots of any error message you receive.

Are there any viewing restrictions?

  • NO - there is no limit to the number of concurrent users.

How many pages can I copy/print?

  • There are no copying or printing restrictions but full copyright law applies.

Can I download Elsevier-ScienceDirect e-books?

  • Yes - you can download Elsevier-ScienceDirect e-books.  
  • Adobe® Acrobat Reader® is required to download PDF files. 
  • The PDF downloader link is only available if you have Windows XP installed and JavaScript™ enabled for your browser
  • You can download Adobe software from the Adobe website

Troubleshooting Elsevier-ScienceDirect e-books

  • Elsevier recommends that you use one of the following operating systems and browsers:

·         Windows XP

·         Windows Server 2003    Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6.x and 7.x

·         Windows 7.x

·         Windows Vista
