EBSCOhost provides access to a multidisciplinary collection of e-books from leading publishers.

E-book access problems

If you are experiencing problems accessing an e-book please let us know.

Provide details such as:

  • title
  • platform ISBN
  • browser you are using
  • screenshots of any error message you receive.

Are there any viewing restrictions?

Concurrent user level is indicated towards the bottom of the page, when you log in e.g.

Some EBSCOhost titles allow unlimited user access.


How many pages can I copy/print?

You can save up to 100 pages of an e-book for printing or emailing as a pdf file from within the e-book Full Text viewer.

Note: The number of pages may vary depending on individual publisher-specified limits.

Can I download EBSCOhost e-books?

This function is not available for EBSCOhost titles.

Troubleshooting EBSCOhost e-books

Internet Explorer versions 9.0 and older are not compatible with the technology used to support vertical scroll.  To be able to vertically scroll EBSCO e-books we recommend these browsers:

  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Google Chrome
  • Internet Explorer 10.0 or later.

Internet Explorer versions 8.0 and older are not compatible with e-books in EPUB format.  To view an EPUB format e-book, we recommend these browsers:

  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Google Chrome
  • Internet Explorer 10.0 or later
