How do I log in?

Log in using your City email address and City password.

Are there any limits to the number of concurrent users?

The number of concurrent users varies on a title-by-title basis and can range from one to unlimited users.

The number of concurrent users should be clearly displayed on the title page of the e-book, for example;

Concurrent user level, limited user access one copy available.

Concurrent user level, unlimited user access.

When the limit is reached you will see this message 'Sorry, this book is in use' and you are advised to wait 10 minutes before trying to log in again as a user may have finished reading.

How many pages can I copy/paste?

EBSCO e-books are DRM protected, the number of pages you can copy/print varies from title to title.  Many publishers will allow you to copy 20% and print 40% of the total pages but others permit significantly less. 

Your allowance will be clearly displayed once logged into an e-book.

Can I download EBSCO e-books?

EBSCO e-books with DRM restrictions can be downloaded for a maximum of 3 hours.
