This website provides information leaflets for pregnant women and their partners. Information covers a variety of medicines, drug classes, recreational drugs and products such as face cream and hair dye.

Contains information on drugs and other chemicals to which breastfeeding mothers may be exposed. It includes information on the levels of such substances in breast milk and infant blood, and the possible adverse effects in the nursing infant. Suggested therapeutic alternatives to those drugs are provided, where appropriate.

Provides access to useful leaflets for health professionals, parents and carers. There are leaflets on specific medicines and for general medicines advice. There are also useful leaflets giving practical advice on how to administer medicines, eye drops, ear drops and other forms, to children.

Published monthly, this bulletin highlights current areas of concern.
