Finding open access

Using browser extensions to find open access resources

What are browser extensions?

Browser extensions are small software programmes which add specific functionality to your browsing experience. An open access browser extension will search the web for an openly accessible copy of any scholarly text.

How do you enable an extension?

To install the extension of your choice, download the extension from the tool’s website or app store.
