Citing and referencing for business

RefWorks is an online reference management tool which can be used by City students, staff and alumni. It allows you to keep track of all your research, helps create bibliographies and lets you share references with others.

Use RefWorks to: 

• Manage and store your references from projects and dissertations in folders.
• Export references from CityLibrary Search, many databases and Google Scholar, etc into RefWorks.
• Create and format bibliographies in different styles and generate in-text citations.
• Save PDFs and documents directly from your computer.
• Collaborate and share references with others.

There are several other tools to help you manage and use your references. 

Please note that Library Services staff are only able to support RefWorks.
