Eikon PC locations at City

We have 13 bookable Eikon PCs at 3 locations:

• 5 PCs in the Financial Resources Zone at the Business Library
• 8 PCs in the Refinitiv Trading Room at the Business School
• 3 PCs in the Financial Resources Suite at Northampton Square Library

You can book a PC using the links above to ensure your place.

Logging in

To log in using an Eikon PC on campus:

1. Use your City login details to log in to the PC.
2. Open the Eikon software
3. Use the username and password displayed on the monitor of the PC to login to the software and Excel Add-in:

A limited number of Eikon usernames are available remotely for off-site access. These will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis (Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 UK time) and will expire at 08:00 UK time the next working day.

Login details

1. Complete our request form to request a username and password. Alternatively, email businesslibrary@city.ac.uk.
2. Use the username and password emailed to you to access Eikon.
