Reporting an online resource problem
To help us investigate the issue quickly include the following details in your email if possible:
- The name of the resource
- The operating system you are using, i.e. are you using Windows or a Mac
- The browser you are using, e.g. Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari
- A screenshot including:
- The url at the top of the page
- The error message.

You can get a screenshot by using the Print Screen key to take an image of your screen and then opening a document or email and selecting paste or ctrl + v.
