Ebook Central e-books are DRM protected, the number of pages you can copy/print varies from title to title. Many publishers will allow you to copy 20% and print 40% of the total pages but others permit significantly less.
Your allowance will be clearly displayed once logged into an e-book.

You are unable to download an entire copy of an Ebook Central e-book.
You can download individual pages and chapters if the publisher has permitted this. The number of pages you can download shares the same allowance as your printing allowance and is clearly displayed;
